The August 14th Cambridge City Ordinance hearing for cannabis economic empowerment, gets heated. Attorney for Registered dispensaries threatens to sue the city of Cambridge over delays in recreational licensing as the city continues to debate a 2 year moratorium on existing dispensaries from going rec to give economic empowerment applicants an actual opportunity. Richard Harding supporting economic empowerment calls the Simmons (dispensary backed) amendment, a slave amendment.
