Attorney for Registered dispensaries threatens to sue the city of Cambridge over delays in recreational licensing as the city continues to debate a 2 year moratorium on existing dispensaries from going rec to give economic empowerment applicants an actual opportunity. Richard Harding supporting economic empowerment calls the Simmons (dispensary backed) amendment, a slave amendment.
